Air Intake System

Plain explanation

Brings filtered air from outside into the engine so it can mix with fuel and burn efficiently.

Technical

Air path from intake snorkel through airbox and filter element to throttle body and intake manifold. ECU uses airflow and temperature inputs for fuel mapping.

Function & location

Supply clean, metered air for combustion while reducing intake noise and debris ingestion.

Right side of engine — airbox sits beneath the fuel tank area with snorkel forward.
